• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

2A.1 Always Free - No Payment Required

• Posts: Share photos, videos, and text updates with your followers - FREE
• Reels: Upload short-form videos (under 60 seconds) - FREE
• Stories: Share temporary content that expires in 24 hours - FREE
• Social Features: Like, comment, follow, share - FREE
• Messaging: Chat with other users - FREE
• Profile: Create and customize your profile - FREE

2A.2 Optional Paid Features (Your Choice)

Users only pay when accessing premium creator content:

• Premium Music: If a creator sells their music (optional)
• Premium Videos: If a creator sells their videos (optional)
• Premium Podcasts: If a creator sells their podcasts (optional)
• Creator Subscriptions: Optional monthly subscription to support creators
• Virtual Gifts: Optional gifts you can send during livestreams

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• One account per person
• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Keep your password secure and confidential

3.2 Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Termination may result in loss of content and earnings

4. Content Rights & Ownership

4.1 Your Content

• You own all music, videos, podcasts, and other content you create
• You grant us a license to host, distribute, and promote your content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload

4.2 Copyright & DMCA

• Do not upload content that infringes on others' copyrights
• We comply with DMCA and will remove infringing content
• Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated

4.3 Content License

By uploading content, you grant SakGenLa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host and store your content
• Display and distribute your content to users
• Create thumbnails and previews
• Promote your content on the Platform and social media

5. Revenue Sharing & Monetization

5.1 Platform Fee

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
• Payouts are made monthly (net-30 days)
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

5.3 Pricing Options

Creators can set content as:

• Free: Available to all users at no cost
• Paid: One-time purchase price (creator sets amount)
• Subscription: Recurring monthly fee for access

6. Virtual Gifts System

6.1 Purchasing Gifts

• Users can purchase virtual coins using real money
• Coins can be used to buy virtual gifts
• Gifts can be sent to creators during livestreams
• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable

6.2 Receiving Gifts

• Creators earn 65% of gift value (after 35% platform fee)
• Gift earnings are added to your account balance
• Minimum payout threshold applies

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Content

• Nudity or sexually explicit content: No nude, naked, or pornographic pictures or videos are allowed
• Violence: No graphic violence, gore, or content depicting harm to people or animals
• Bullying & Harassment: No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech targeting individuals or groups
• Illegal content: Child exploitation, terrorism, human trafficking, or any illegal activities
• Non-consensual intimate imagery: Sharing intimate content without consent (revenge porn)
• Copyright infringement: Using copyrighted material without permission

7.2 Platform Abuse

• Spam, bots, or automated systems
• Hacking, phishing, or malware
• Impersonation or identity theft
• Manipulation of metrics (fake views, likes, etc.)
• Bypassing payment systems

7.3 Consequences

• First offense: Warning + content removal
• Second offense: Temporary suspension (7-30 days)
• Third offense: Permanent account termination
• Severe violations may result in immediate termination

8. Livestreaming Rules

• Must be 13+ to livestream (18+ for certain content)
• No nudity or sexual content
• No illegal activities on stream
• Respect copyright when playing music or videos
• No harassment of other users

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform IP

• SakGenLa logo, branding, and design are our property
• Platform code and features are proprietary
• Do not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform

9.2 Trademarks

SakGenLa® and @SGL/ are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• We collect minimal necessary data
• We never sell your personal information
• You have rights to access, modify, and delete your data
• We comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations

11. Disclaimers & Limitations

11.1 Service Availability

• Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Features may change or be discontinued
• We are not responsible for user-generated content

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to $100 or fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (AWS, Stripe, etc.)

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law
